1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 garlic glove , chopped very finely
1 packet mince chicken
1 onion , chop finely
1 chicken stock cube , crumbled
100 ml water
250 ml double cream
100 ml milk
35 grm grated parmesan cheese
500 grm penne / fettuccine pasta

1) Heat the oil and butter , add in the garlic and onion .Cook the garlic/ onion till fragrant then add the mince chicken.Fry the chicken for 5 minutes , until the chicken mince turn white and cooked.

2) Add in the water and the crumbled stock cube , bring to the boil , then simmer over a medium heat for 5 minutes.Stir in the cream , milk and parmesan , simmer until slightly thickened.

3) Cook the fettucine/penne pasta in boiling water until soft.Drain and transfer to a serving dish.Pour on the sauce and serve.Yummy.
